The stay was all about enjoying the magnificent views of the Sphinx and Pyramids, especially during sunset. I loved having breakfast on the rooftop with such breathtaking scenery. The staff really made a difference in my experience, particularly Adam, who was attentive and made me feel at home. Being just a short walk from landmarks like the Great Sphinx of Giza and the Sound and Light Show made exploring easy and convenient.

The view from the rooftop overlooking the pyramids is stunning. I spent hours soaking in the scenery. The front desk staff showed friendliness and were eager to assist. the room condition left much to be desired. It had peeling paint, bare wires, and a strong smell of drains. The bathroom was poorly maintained and hardly functional. The breakfast was disappointing. the portions were small and didn't match the advertised photos. A kettle or tea-making facilities would have been nice too. These issues made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

The Comfort Triple Room I stayed in had a decent layout for a traveler like me who appreciates space. I did enjoy the strong Orange plan I had during my visit, which was the highlight of my experience.
The absence of internet connectivity was significantly frustrating, as I spent three nights without it, even though they claimed it would be fixed. As a solo traveler, I noticed several maintenance issues, such as loose wires and malfunctioning equipment, which detracted from my stay rather than enhancing it.

A Disappointing Experience with Lots of Unpleasant Smells
Our family stay for 2 nights in the Comfort Triple Room was marred by an overwhelming smell of camel throughout the hotel. The accommodations didn't meet our expectations, leaving us quite unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this place unless improvements are made in cleanliness and room conditions.

The breathtaking view from the terrace, especially during sunset, was unforgettable. Adam's assistance with local tours added value, making our excursions seamless and enjoyable. The breakfast spread was decent, though the dining area could use better cleanliness. A noticeable downside was the limited room options. the lack of windows in some accommodations and persistent odors were quite off-putting. breakfast service was delayed, impacting our morning routine.
